it's so hot down here in the M. i might go to a nationals game tonight. we'll see how i feel about it after work. still waiting for ryan to come through with his part of the blog! tonight i think i'll figure out all this blog nonsense. met my real roommate last night. he's not bad i guess. talked to jessIE last night. things are going okay. my days will be long at work but nothing too hard. yesterday i learned, among a billion other things, how the senator really signs all his letters, how to do the mail, scan in new letters and open new files on people, how to answer phones, and like i said, more details and nuances than one should ever have to remember.
gonna try to get to work a little early each day. this will certainly be the case if i don't get internet on my laptop. that would solve most of my probs. and let me tell you how crowed this train is. freaking nuts i tell you.
in crs training (congressional research service) on day 2. lots of meetings today and some good lunch talks with bracken (he is unaware of brak from space ghost so brak will forever after be what i call him. bracken is too much to spit out.) i'm pretty sure he is smarter than me with most issues, so i actually find it interesting to hear him talk. just hope he doesn't think i'm an idiot.
no headache yet. not as hot as i was yesterday. i'm freaking out about my lsat crap. i plan on starting that soon. maybe tonight. they got that game tonight though. might be good to have the quiet time though. i think i'll skip the game and maybe go with k when she comes.
